Dexter Russell 1376HB Description
The Dexter 1376HB 02010 Traditional™ flexible boning knife easily cuts thin slices of meat around small bones. Since the edge has been ground and honed, it is easy to filet various meats. The blade is constructed of DEXSTEEL™, a high-carbon steel material that withstands heavy use. With a half tang, the knife has brass compression rivets that connect the blade to the handle. A classic look is provided by the beech wood handle.
